The food was a great hit…especially the beef.  Your carving tip was incredibly appreciated.  They raved about the fish sauce and the dressing…asking for the recipe of course.  We had to tell them that they were trade secrets of yours.
 
Breakfast the next morning was even a bigger hit.  The egg and mushroom bake was extraordinary..and the asparagus was done perfectly.
 
We can’t thank you enough for making both our Thanksgiving and Christmas picture perfect.  Your efforts helped us focus on our guests and the rest of the responsibilities of being good hosts.  But we didn’t have to sacrifice providing extraordinary meals.  You are truly an artist.  Your flexibility and concerned effort makes you the  perfect partner for our family events.    We will rave to anyone at anytime about your talent.
  

Hi Connie,  Thank you again for the  delicious lunch you prepared for this year's Smith Day.  The chicken was a big hit and the vegetarians liked the lasagna.  You are always such a pleasure to work with.    And of course the desserts were amazing.   Your wait staff is also very efficient and helpful.  I could not have gotten everything set up without them.  As the luncheon chair for Smith Day it is so nice to know that I do not need to worry about a thing when you are catering.   Thanks again.  
 
 
I just wanted to tell you too, how much we appreciated all your work.  The food was wonderful, the service was seamless and almost invisible.  We have had numerous e-mails since the party commenting on the quality of the food........ Our feeling is that you really went the extra mile to make the event really wonderful. 
 
As always Connie, it was such a pleasure to have you with us, both professionally and personally. The meals were delightful but more importantly, your professionalism and ease with our family and friends make it natural for us to have you with us.
