Connie began her work in 2003 for the Minnetonka Yacht Club. That work has grown into Catering and Personal Chef Services for many clients throughout the Twin Cities. Events occur at the client's home, their business location, or at many event venues such as the Southshore Center in Shorewood, MN and Centennial Lakes, Edina, MN; various events centers in the Twin Cities, and on client sites in Arizona, South Dakota, London, and southern France. We are well known in the Minnetonka, Deephaven, Wayzata, Excelsior, Plymouth, Golden Valley, Minneapolis, and Eden Prairie areas.
Occasionally her husband, Jeff Blanchard will join her creating wonderful items on the grill. We have the skills and equipment to grill or barbeque, as well as a love for the foods of Mexico, Italy, France, and Greece.

In 2010, Connie completed a course in French Regional Cuisines at the Cordon Bleu in Paris. It was a great opportunity to study both the cuisine and the teaching style of some of the best chefs in the world. She travels to Provence each year to add to her repetoire of Mediterranean cuisine.
In 2010, Connie's Chef role grew from a passion into a full-time career. She can now be your professional for all events throughout the business week and on weekends. She has a large kitchen in Hopkins from which to base her work for you.
