Julia Child’s Cordon Bleu Cooking; Enjoy a morning with Julia Childs, based on her studies at the Cordon Bleu. Your instructor, Connie Blanchard, recently attended classes at the Paris Cordon Bleu, where Julia’sphoto and Certificate from the Cordon Bleu are proudly displayed.
Drawing on techniques used at the Cordon Bleu and Julia’s book, Mastering the Art of French Cooking II the menu included:
- Broccoli Sautés a la Nicoise (Broccoli Sautéed with Onions, Bacon, and Bread Crumbs)
- Chicken Breast Ballottines (Stuffed Whole Chicken Breast with Sweet Italian Sausage Stuffing)
- Cannelles de Bordeaux (Mini Pastries with vanilla and rum)
