Events begin with a contact via email or phone to discuss the event and desired date. Connie will ask a few questions to understand the style, size, and level of service you prefer. Next a meeting is planned, with the client, and at the site, if possible. From there, an example menu and quote are created for the client’s feedback. If adjustments are need, Chef Connie can offer suggestions.

At that point, estimates are used to confirm large events or with new clients. Final headcount is confirmed one week prior to the event, with any final menu adjustments, based on best available produce or market rates for unique ingredients. Payment can be made via check or contactless methods such as credit card via Square or Zelle.
